Welcome and a WIP

Welcome to new followers! Thanks for checking in and joining my blog. I'll try to make you smile now and again.

This is the piece I wasn't sure I was ready to show, but I didn't take a photo of today's work, so here it is. The birdies need touching up here and there, but I am really pleased with the feel of it. It is on a 10 x 16 canvas and painted in acrylic over collage.

Very fun! What a hoot. Love the concept, and the ostrich's expressions are so well done!

The touches of red-orange really make it pop. Awesome exressions and concept.

Oh, I LOVE this! You have such a fun, creative mind! The long necks are so reminiscent of skyscrapers. I just had to smile when I saw it.
